The Mas du Vallat<\/strong> is a stone sheep farm dating back to the 19th century. The cylindrical dovecote existed but was in a state of ruin until 1970.<\/p>

The property is crossed by the stream “\u00a0le Vallat de l’Arnav\u00e8s<\/strong> “, which rises on Mont Olympe (in the Aur\u00e9liens mountain range) and flows into the river “L’Arc”.<\/p>

Outside, there is a pool house with summer kitchen and shower room, heated swimming pool<\/strong>, 150m\u00b2 of terraces and bowling green.<\/p>

The house is air-conditioned and has WiFi<\/strong>.<\/p>
